Sarva Shiksha Abhiyan (SSA) is Government of India’s flagship programme for achievement of Universalization of Elementary Education (UEE) in a time bound manner, as mandated by 86th amendment to the Constitution of India which made free and compulsory education to children of 6-14 years age, a Fundamental Right.

Delhi Public School Ruby Park, Kolkata has been a frontrunner in providing quality education to all in Kolkata for the past 13 years. With its excellent infrastructure and superior teaching techniques it has become a name to reckon with in the educational scene in this short period of time. In addition to routine curriculum, the students are motivated and supported to spread the light of knowledge and awareness through a robust and extensive social service programme. For the past many years senior students regularly visit Manovikas Kendra, a centre for special children, to help the students there. We also reach out to the underprivileged through our Rotary partners in the EACH ONE TEACH ONE programme. Inclusive classrooms are another way in which we support the SSA initiative.
